Quarterly Market Brief: How to Stay Current on GCC Research

TL;DR

Research noise is constant. Run a light quarterly brief so sponsors see signal without drowning in PDFs.

A quarterly market brief that busy sponsors will read

Nasscom, Zinnov, pulse surveys, and media narratives will keep coming. Your job is not to forward every PDF. It is to translate what matters for your charter.

Brief template (one to two pages)

  • Three signals that affect our plan
  • What we will do differently (or deliberately not do)
  • One risk watch item
  • Links for people who want depth

Cadence

Quarterly is enough for most captives. Monthly only if you are in active site selection or a major expansion.

30 / 60 / 90

  • 30: Agree the audience and template.
  • 60: First brief shipped on time.
  • 90: Drop sections nobody used; keep the ritual.

Takeaway

Curation is a leadership skill.

Noise is not awareness.

“Structure matters, but the first three or four hires decide whether your India team becomes a capability or an expensive supplier.”
